There's no algorithm on NG, so your popularity will depends on the quality of your work and also on how much you're engaging with the site (on the forums, doing art-trades, participating in collabs, etc...)
Ppl are generally supportive here, as long as you don't break the rules (No trolling, no spamming, etc... the usual) you can post your sketches too, but make sure to mark them as such with the box!

You can also take a look there to see if there's any new collabs
Aaaaand also it's better to tag your work as the content it shows! I see that your two drawings are only tagged as "digital-art", I'd say add more tags, like "meme", "cat girl" "funny", etc... anything that fits your drawing :)

I went to the art page and like saw most have not many tags that fit me and im like weugheugh ;-;
